18 Oliver Lane, Melbourne

The first reinforced concrete structure in the City of Melbourne designed by Sir John Monash and built by David Mitchell (builder of the Exhibition Buildings and father of Dame Nellie Melba), this charming 5 level building was acquired by Marks Henderson in December 2004.
